Summary: the bounce is no joke
Comment: I bought these for aerobics and kickboxing classes, they are awesome especially in aerobics. When I wear running shoes to those classes my feet are uncomfortable, but in these my feet are not an issue at all. They do need tightening after wearing them for more than 2 hours.

Comment: These shoes are very comfortable but definatley not true to the size. I wear a size 7 in every pair of shoes with the expection of these. I ended up going into Foot Locker to try them on after purchasing the wrong size online. My size 7 foot wears a 6 in these shoes, even the sales lady had to purchase a pair that were a size smaller than normal.
