Summary: Severe overpronation or flat feet!
Comment: I've got a torn posterior tibial tendon which led to a fallen arch or flat feet. My orthopedic surgeon HIGHLY recommends New Balance shoes as they offer shoes with great support for overpronators. I have a hard time finding any shoes that fit as I wear an 11. I went to an actual New Balance store and was fitted with the 811 & 926. The 926 had the BEST SUPPORT and the greatest fit ever! I hate to wear shoes of any kind but I don't think I'll ever take these off! I paid $99 for them and it's the best investment ever. If you wear orthotics you'll more than likely need to order a size larger than normal.

Comment: New Balance shoes are a great line. I needed a white tennis shoe in a wide width with good support. They were very hard to find in my size. These shoes are working well for support and fit.

Comment: An outstanding shoe! This is a shoe I was already familiar with, so the unbeatable comfort, support and stability were not a surprise. What WAS a surprise was the price I paid through Amazon.com... 30% lower than at the New Balance online store! A great shoe and a great place to shop!
