Summary: superfeet
Comment: Great product helpful for plantar fasciatis. It is, however, very rigid and after wearing it all the time for a month, I developed swelling across the balls of my feet. So, I traded one problem for another.

Summary: So far it's ok
Comment: So far it seems it works pretty well. Even though my shin hurts a bit when I play basketball for a long time, but it looks like it's the problem of my shoes, not this product. Haven't verified yet, but so far, the product is good

Summary: made a huge difference
Comment: For about a year I had horrible pain in my heels after any inactivity. When I woke up in the morning, I looked like a 70 year old (I am 35). I finally got around to seeing a doctor, who told me I had bone spurs in my heels and plantar fascitis, and he recommended these inserts. They feel weird at first (borderline uncomfortable). But after a day or two you get used to them. I noticed a difference right away. By the third day, the pain was almost non-existent. Mind you, I wasn't wearing cheap shoes, I spent most of my time in $120 running shoes from well-respected brands like Saucony, Asics, and Brooks. You lose a bit of the cushioning when you pull out the original inserts and throw these in, but it is well worth it in the long run. From now on, I am buying a pair of these for every shoe I buy.

Summary: Yes, they are expensive. Yes, you should buy them
Comment: Eight years ago I was waiting tables and limping after taking my shoes off at the end of the day. I was hesitant to spend over $30 on inserts for shoes that only cost $35 , but gave it a shot. They are worth every penny. If your feet hurt at the end of the day you need to try these. I rarely give 5 star reviews, but these are great. I now work on the railroad and still use Superfeet. Without them I limp after taking my boots off, with them I am pain free. Yes, they are expensive, yes, you should buy them.
