Comment: I wear these in my sneakers and in my hiking boots. They help my back from hurting and keep me going when trekking. I have tried all 4 colors and the green ones work best for my feet.

Comment: Running style: high arches and mild pronation.
Mileage: 20-30 miles/week

I definitely like these. Since shoes don't seem to be made for high arches anymore, I need something for running. I've used several other insoles. These are definitely my favorite. I haven't tried any of the more expensive heat-moldable insoles, but these work great for me. As a triathlete, I sometimes run without socks (usually not more than 15 miles) and these haven't given me blisters. Definitely recommend these.

Comment: I bought these for my son who is a barrista at Starbuck's. He is on his feet the entire shift. These have really saved his legs, etc. They were recommended by a nurse who uses them.
