Summary: Great Product!
Comment: I love these inserts. I am overweight and stand on my feet a lot and I have tried many gel inserts but these are great because they actually give support and cushions the heel keeping me aligned with no heal or knee pain. I actually wear a size 8 1/2 wide but I get a 9 regular shoe and buy the size 8 insole and it does not need any trimming and fits great in my shoe.

Summary: Sizes run large.
Comment: The insoles are soft pillows that cushion your feet as you walk. They are a great relief to anyone who wants more support than the shoe can provide. My only problem is that I am pretty consistantly a size 8 or 39 in European sizes, so I got the size 8 but they don't fit into all of my shoes, they are a little long and wide.
But in general, happy with my purchase.

Summary: Q-factor insoles for women
Comment: A friend recommended these insoles, and swore she could feel the difference. I had my doubts, but figured since they didn't cost much more than other insoles, I might as well try them. Well, she was right. As I run and my heel strikes the ground, I can feel the difference in the way my foot rolls. They haven't cured my knee and hip problems... no mere insole can fix what ails those joints... but they do seem to alleviate them.
