Comment: I am really enjoying my Ryka Women's N-Gage training shoes. I do aerobics 3-4 times per week and they are comfortable on my feet and helps my back. I am happy that I was introduced to them by another aerobics classmate.

Summary: Great, Lightweight Aerobic Shoe
Comment: This shoe was exactly as others said...they run a little smaller than your regular shoe size...so order them 1/2 size larger that your regular athletic shoe size. I am an Aerobic Instructor...I teach Step and Group Aerobic Courses at a college about 8 - 10 classes a week. I also teach volleyball and run in my Ryka's in the gym. These mid-high shoes give me the support I need around my ankles and they are very lightweight...Love them...These are my first pair of Ryka's...I had heard about the quality of them from other professionals in the field...I am glad I finally bought a pair. I will purchase more...at Amazon...they are impossible to find in stores...they only have Cross-Trainers in the stores and I just can't tolerate them for aerobics...The price was great too!!!
