Comment: These are very nice shoes but definitely not for teaching aerobics. They are too stiff and not enough side-to-side support. They rubbed a huge blister on my ankle at the achilles due to the height and diameter of the back of the shoe. They are pretty though!

Comment: This shoe is good if you need extra ankle support. But I found them to be too heavy a shoe when doing aerobics. and I didn't find the cusioning inside to be all that great. Zero arch support. I ditched these shoes and went back to my Ryka mary janes for aerobics. This is just a personal preference.

Summary: Love these Shoes!
Comment: I have searched for aerobics shoes that don't burn my feet when I work out in "back to back" step classes. These shoes feel good from start to finish. They also provide stability in the arches of my feet and provide padding in the toe area. The only thing that I dont like about these are the ankle (high top) area does'nt bend during stretching/cool down exercises and I find myself trying to "wiggle" my feet in order to get a good stretch. Other than that these are my work-out shoes for life! I have both colors, and I am waiting for the next colors to come out, so I can get those too.

Comment: These are great sneakers! They're higher top, which offer great ankle support, and solid quality that will last for months if worn only in the gym. For the money and quality I couldn't find anything close to aerobic sneakers like these in any store.

Summary: I Hope Ryka Keeps Making Them
Comment: As a group fitness instructor, I have used many aerobics shoes--most of which have been discontinued through the years. We are now at the point where high-tops are harder and harder to find. That is why I was thrilled to purchase 3 pair of these N-Gage Instructor shoes. They have all the qualities I need, lightness but good support, a wide toe box, and a supportive heel as well. Ryka, please do not discontinue manufacturing this shoe.
