Summary: Bring back 2110
Comment: I have 6 pairs of the GT-2110 and have worn Asics for years. I was really looking forward to the 2120, howevere I was so distraught when I wore my 2120 just one day around the house. They are supposed to have only minor changes, but whatever those are severly hurt my feet, making them feel bruised. I tried wearing them a round a few more times to break them in (which technically should NOT be required of running shoes), but each time I feel the pain. I went out and horded as many 2110's as I could find, but now I'm faced with the need of a new pair but will NOT purchase 2120's and caution folks planning on buying them to make sure you can return them if they cause you similar discomfort.

Summary: The MOST comfortable shoes I've ever owned!
Comment: I work on my feet all day and I have always had foot problems. I have flat feet and arthritis. I always came home from work with so much pain, I was limping and had to get off my feet for the rest of the night. I bought these shoes, and for the first time ever, I was walking around, and didn't have any pain!! After 8 hours of being on my feet, I had almost no pain! These shoes are absolutely the most comfortable shoes i've ever owned!

Summary: FANTASTIC !
Comment: I usually refrain from spending more than $50.00 on a pair of sneakers. I'm also extremely fussy, and I also prefer black. I have to admit that I'm not using them for running, just every day wear. I have a hard time finding comfortable shoes of any type. Well, let me tell you - I haven't had a pair of sneakers fit me the way these do, I don't think ever. They feel like they were custom made for my feet. I would recommend these to anyone ! They're worth the money, and I will definately buy another pair from Asics when I need to.

Summary: Very disappointed in the GT 2120
Comment: I have been in the 2000 series from ASICS for over 15 years. I loved the 2110. I run a half marathon about every two to three months. The 2110 was awesome for the half and for the training. Since buying this "improved" model I have more sore and bruised toes, and the heel slips no matter how I lace the shoes. I have also noticed more foot pain after completing a long run in this model. I have tracked down a pair of 2110s online and have ordered them. I hope they hold me over until I find something I love as much. It certainly won't be the 2120.

Summary: Best shoe for the serious runner
Comment: I've been running seriously for a few years now and have subjected my feet and joints to a great deal of strain. I've experienced blood blisters and swollen knees as a result of wearing pretty but badly constructed shoes such as Nike Shox. I tried the Asics GT series and felt immediately better. The arch support is phenomenal and the way it cushions your foot is great as well. I will never buy a different shoe and highly recommend this brand. A suggestion is to go to a Running Fit, or some other speciality store initially to confirm your size and get a gait analysis. Once you've got your shoe (and you'll pay a little more), buy from Amazon when purchasing new pairs, which should happen every 500 miles or so.
