Summary: Great Shoe
Comment: I am in physical therapy trying to avoid surgery. These shoes were recommended by a local running store after they put your feet in a soft foam for perfect shoe to foot match. I have had hip, knee, foot and ankle problems after a fall. I am a nurse and walk all day. These shoes have been wonderful. Just bought two more pairs to switch out. No more hip, foot or ankle pain at the end of the day. The knee is much better between PT and these shoes. I would not have believed it. But the proof is in the pain. It is also such a light shoe; also relieving a tired foot at the end of the day. I hope ASICS does not change the support, or at least, tells us what shoe replaces it with the exact same support. These are stabilizing shoes.

Summary: Great product!
Comment: Asics beats the competition again in price and quality. I doubt that Mizuno or Nike offer any product that performs as good an the GT 2120 for its price!
I recommend the GT 2120 for medium range runners like my wife and I. She runs 5 km three times a week. Before wearing Asics, she felt a knee pain. Not anymore, she is vary happy with these running shoes.
Some may say that the downside of Asics is the heavier weight compared to Mizuno. This may be an issue for professional runners but not for amateur athletes.

Summary: It's no GT 2110
Comment: Although I am still loyal to the Asics brand, I have to say that the 2120 is very different to the previous models of the 2000 series. I noticed differences in the support (if you're overpronated) when I started to get knee pains after the first day in them and now after only 5 months I can see the inner lining of the shoe start to wear away. I still own and use my GT 2110 which has no wear and tear although it has had more mileage put on it. My advice is to wait for the GT 2130 and hope that Asics made the necessary improvements to make that a comparable model to the GT 2110. Chances are if you aren't going to put that many miles on the shoe that it might meet your running need but for that price, why settle!

Summary: Comfortable and true-fit
Comment: I'm a huge Asics fan to start with, and these shoes are why. They fit true-to-size and are very comfortable. Good support and they breathe well.

Summary: asics gt 2120
Comment: i have been wearing this line of shoes for several years...it seems to improve with each update. (my favorite, so far, is the previous model 2110) this is a great shoe though, fantastic stability, and a smooth ride...just a tad firmer than i like, a little more cushioning would be great, but no real complaints. i like the roomier toe box, and the heel doesn't slip at all. it is nice to see asics get a little funky with the colors...i love the green, it is a fun change from their typical blue, or pink offering. overall, this is a great shoe, whether you run 2 miles or 20!
